Refund Policy

Every one-time Arc software purchase comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If Arc isn’t for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and you’ll receive a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@megastructure.ai from the email address you used at checkout. Including your order number speeds things up, but isn’t required.

No forms, no exit interview. We may ask what didn’t work — answering is optional, it just helps us improve Arc.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. We normally submit refunds within a few business days of your request; once issued, a refund can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

A full refund returns the amount charged at checkout, including any taxes included in that charge, subject to Lemon Squeezy’s processing rules and applicable law.

What happens to your license

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and download access ends.

Statutory rights

Your statutory rights are separate from this voluntary guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming digital content.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence. We reserve the right to decline refunds that abuse it — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same product by the same buyer.
