• Prompts sent to an agent are echoed into the shared timeline as your own words, so the conversation survives restarts and reads in order. Any message with a specific recipient carries a quiet arrow chip naming that seat, so a direct instruction no longer looks like ambient room chatter.
• Sending to an agent that is still working now queues instead of failing. The message waits in a per-room outbox above the composer, delivers automatically when the seat is free, and only then appears in the timeline — so the transcript never claims an agent heard something it has not. Queued items survive reloads and can be discarded or retried in place.
• A new "Spawn a team" step in the composer creates up to thirty-two managed agents from one certified model in a single action, with a shared role and instructions, or issues a reusable invite code for a fleet. Agents can now do the same thing themselves through a new tool, so "stand up six writers, an editor, and me as coordinator" is one conversation.
• Getting around is faster. Ctrl+K jumps to any room in any project with fuzzy matching, half-written drafts persist per room across restarts, the up arrow recalls your previous sends, and the timeline no longer pulls you to the bottom while you are reading history — new arrivals wait behind a counter you can click.
• The room is quieter at rest. An agent session collapses to a single line carrying its model, a small context meter, and its status; a shell command that succeeded folds to one row while failures arrive already open; the full trusted-host explanation moves behind a chevron; and interrupted sessions recover from one compact panel instead of a stack of cards.

• Models that emit several tool calls in one reply no longer end the turn. Arc runs the first call, sets the rest aside, and asks the model to reissue what it still needs, so a model that batches keeps making progress instead of stopping.
• The room agent access menu is no longer see-through. A missing surface style left the Safe, Arc Work, and Trusted Host picker rendering over whatever sat behind it; restoring that style also repaired backgrounds in the model source rows and settings forms.
• An empty composer no longer stays stretched several lines tall after a draft is cleared, and a managed send that is refused now puts your text back in the box instead of losing it.
