Arc now ships the llama.cpp runtime with the app — pick a model and a folder and your local AI is running. Files it mentions in chat open as safe previews with provenance.

Highlights
- The official llama.cpp llama-server runtime ships with Arc on Windows and Apple Silicon macOS — pinned, checksum-verified, and pre-filled in the Local AI panel. Your own runtime still works via a custom path.
- Filenames a local agent mentions in the room are clickable: a safe in-app preview renders Markdown and CSV with byte-size and SHA-256 provenance, and warns when a file cannot be verified.
- Review panes and workspace history render Markdown properly and show CSV as tables; files and folders can be revealed in Explorer or Finder.
Fixes and refinements
- Local-agent history now follows the canonical spelling of a workspace path, so the same folder always shares one durable history.
- Building the desktop app no longer stops an unrelated Arc hub that happens to be running on the same port.
