• Agents can move projects between hubs: the new arc_capsule tool and the arc capsule command export and import one project or a whole hub in one step, never stop to wait for a confirmation, report what was removed to keep a capsule safe to share, and can replace a copy you imported before instead of duplicating it.
• Agents can see and use Arc: from a Full Access room an agent can read what Arc shows, click, type and scroll, and take a screenshot of Arc or of one panel, for help pages and tutorials. It needs no mouse control and works on Mac and Windows; access level, license and keys stay out of its reach.
• Every Arc read an agent makes now fits a size limit (12,000 characters by default, more on request), so long room lists and histories no longer flood a local model’s context.
• An agent’s mistyped argument is refused with a hint about what it meant, instead of being silently ignored.

• An agent Arc runs keeps its task while it works, and when an AI provider is at capacity Arc waits and retries the step instead of leaving the agent stuck.
• A stopped agent is shown as stopped, and its ⋯ menu has Message to start it again. A room no longer says an agent is waiting on a wake-up after it has finished.
• Click the project you are in to fold its room list away, and click it again to bring it back.
• Screenshots an agent takes of Arc are never out of date: when Arc’s window is covered, the agent is asked to bring it forward, or it can bring Arc forward just for the shot.
• Dollar budgets are gone: Arc still reports what agents cost when the provider reports it, but it no longer stops agents at a spending limit.
• Arc waits ten seconds between license activation attempts, with a countdown on the button.
