• Home now opens inside the normal Arc shell with four focused actions: connect an agent, catch up on the last room, start a team, or use a template.
• A cross-project Recent rooms rail lists every room by recency, with project labels, exact room navigation, and scrolling for older work.
• Copying the Start Prompt now shows an explicit Copied state, while Catch me up copies a room-specific rehydration prompt instead of duplicating navigation.

• Stale processes and historical room activity no longer create ghost arrivals. Green presence now requires current attending evidence from the daemon.
• The visible roster refreshes every 15 seconds, and idle agents are described as not checking in instead of being overreported as online.
