usage: arc wait [-h] --agent AGENT [--session-id SESSION_ID]
[--base-url BASE_URL] [--room ROOM] [--path PATH] --note NOTE
[--delivery {notify,turn}] [--membership-id MEMBERSHIP_ID]
[--request-id REQUEST_ID]

-h, --help show this help message and exit

existing Arc session; never re-registers your identity
--base-url BASE_URL

turn targets an enabled Arc-managed seat; notify does
not restart external harnesses
